Women, and men, of all ages and backgrounds come to my coaching practice: singletons looking for love, young professionals looking for a job, career or life direction, business people with public speaking fears, a lot of people struggling to lose weight… The common denominator is usually low self-confidence and a lack of self-belief.

Because it reveals a great deal about a person’s mindset. Results are key in Coach werden programs. It shows the coach what areas to concentrate on for each client.

QUIT SELF-BULLYING: if a stranger shouted at us the terrible things we call ourselves inside our heads on a daily basis we wouldn’t take it. But it seems that as long as it’s us it’s ok… well it’s not. Every thought you allow yourself to have affects how you feel; negative thoughts cause bad feelings, more positive thoughts cause better feelings. Instead of asking “why am I not good enough at this?”, start asking “How can I be better at this?”.

In the AFC, old rivals New England and Indy battle. The Patriots held the Colts to 14 and 3 points during the 2003 and 2004 playoffs, but those games were at frigid New England. This time Peyton Manning gets home field, where the Colts haven’t lost since the Steelers topped them 21-18 in the playoffs over a year ago.

Are you taking your vitamins? Maybe, in your rush to accomplish your business goals, you’ve started to forget your vitamins. You can’t get everything your body needs from the typical western diet these days, so make sure you’re taking at least one good multi-nutrient supplement. If you’re only going to take one supplement, I recommend a liquid nutraceutical formulated to be easily absorbed by your body’s cells.

When we are born, most of us are not wired to think negatively more than positively, we are naturally confident. But as we grow up, we learn a lot of unuseful habits, fears, insecurities, and limiting beliefs from our own parents, families, educators, etc, that massively affect our self-esteem and confidence. The good news is, you can learn how to become more confident in all aspects of your life by learning how your brain works and how to use it to feel good, instead of bad.

Then pencil in the tasks that have to be repeated over the course of 2010. For example, keyword research doesn’t end in some niche markets. You may find that trends affect the way people are searching and knowing things as soon as possible helps you capitalize on the evolution within the niche.

Know what it takes to succeed in this field. Being knowledgeable isn’t enough to dominate the field of coaching. More than that, you will need to have a truck load of patience, set of must-have skills, effective marketing techniques, etc.
