Tired of being a couch potato and just staying still with eyes glued to the television without even moving a muscle? Equally too lazy to go outside and have the rays of the sun touch your skin? Get your PC booting and open your web browser because parking games will wake your brain from its slumber and twitch your fingers to their reflexes.

Good lighting system. It’s important to have your study room well lighted. It also includes what colors of lights you installed. Light colors greatly affects your learning ability. Study shows that black, dark blue and dull gray light colors do less to help our brain function than warmer colored ones. While, light colors such as green, is a color of creativity, and light blues, warm yellow or cream yellow are good colors too.

Ardent Worship was their first worship album. Alien Youth is the first album that John Cooper took on the production duties. Before the release of Alien Youth, Haaland left the group and Ben Kasica came in on guitar. The title track is what launched them into headlining shows. Collide came out in 2003 which caught the attention of Lava records and the album was bought. There is also a shift in the musical sound on this CD as well. The band always keeps their fans expecting something different. Comatose was released in 2006, and spawn many hit singles including “Whispers In The Dark” which hit on the mainstream top 40 charts. After the release of Comatose Lori Peters retired from the band, but took the time to train new drummer: Jen Ledger.

Change what you listen to – I get on my kids all the time about wrap music. I tell them “garbage in, garbage out.” If you listen to negative people, music, words, etc. Those words will become part of you. Conversely, if you listen to positive words, inspirational background music for videos and listen to positive people, you will see how your mind changes over time.

If you feel that your message may still need a little help, add a little background music. If you want to use something universally appealing such as Kenny G (am I kidding? Yes…unless you like the Kenny G-funk) or are going for a humorous angle, something by Weird Al Yankovich may be the answer. Realize that songs that suggest violence, misogyny or other controversial topics are not recommended. Also, the music should be in the background, not the voice itself and do not play an entire song before recording your phone personal.

#6 – Take a positive action. Think about what you have been meaning to start, or stop recently. Something you have been putting off, maybe? Take that trip to the gym, start that new diet, finish that book you started 6 months ago, anything really. Just taking a positive direction towards something makes you feel more in control of things, which boosts your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Accept your flaws and do not feel like a failure. People make mistakes. You are human and will make mistakes throughout your life. Do not consistently beat yourself up for making mistakes or not being the best at something. Accept that you can’t always be perfect.

Understand that changing or transforming your mind is a PROCESS. Chances are, it’s not going to happen overnight. Change is hard but necessary if you’re going to achieve the goals you set out for yourself.
