There are so many X-men girls or women who are simply fantastic. Each and every one of them has their own unique mutant power, personality, etc. And so it is a tough call to make! How am I going to rank who is the best or the worst?

Having every issue ever published of a series brings a particular kind of satisfaction – this is something every collector understands. When “X-Factor” was new mutants online I came on board early enough to buy the first issue going forward. The current issue was 27 or 28 and I had all the back issues. I would lay the collection on the floor cover up, side by side, and look at them with that feeling of satisfaction. Getting the latest issue was special because having it kept the collection complete. It was a nice feeling, but, somewhere along the way, I failed to keep up. It was really a lack of discipline on my part. This is the nearest I’ve ever been to being a completist.

So how do you prevent mosquito bites? The regular suggestions of eliminating standing water, avoid outdoors at dawn and dusk, wear light-colored clothing, blah, blah, blah. One common misinformation making the rounds is to use DEET but that is insane! Using DEET is like intentionally drinking poison – it is a strong neuro-toxin the human body absorbs at alarming rates and is well documented to cause a host of health issues. Telling people to use DEET is REALLY bad advice!

Decide on a villain costumes party theme. You can keep it generic allowing villain costumes from historical or mythical references, or from TV such as cartoons, sitcoms or movies, the list goes on. Just browse villain costumes and see what is available then it is a case of adding accessories. Some themes you can go for are historical, mythical, super villains, sitcom villains, alien villains, undead, phantom villains, comic book villains the list goes on.

I don’t watch the new mutants full movie recall hearing anything about West Nile Virus when I was a kid. Well, no kidding since it wasn’t even a remote possibility in the safety of the United States. It was reserved for the poor, hot, nether regions of the tropics. And what is it they say about history repeating itself?

Don’t shoot these symbols of good will as hitting a heart will in most cases cause the forms sending the heart to destabilize into a form more alien than the original. From time to time a group of friendly life forms will send their heart upside-down. These must be shot to invert the heart or the whole side destabilizes. If you succeed in turning all sixteen mutants into friendly forms, the High Mutant (an oversized TV set) congratulates you by sweeping the board clean of mutants. Then follows the next round which, of course is more deadly than the last. Avoid going on a shooting spree.

One option is to not be a completist at all. You’ll end up with a mixed collection of books with consecutive issues here and there. Sort of like my collection. It’s okay, but I keep looking at the guys with the complete “Legends of the Dark Knight”, or “Fables”, or “Knights of the Dinner Table”. To have a complete collection is kind of an obsessive fanboy dream. So there I go again buying every copy of “Warlock and the Infinity Watch” or, God help me, “The Defenders”. It’s that crazy pleasure of having no gaps in the issue numbers, or, if you prefer collected editions, no gaps in the trades. A complete TPB collection looks just fine on a shelf doesn’t it?

If you are looking for another game to play before Halo 3 hits stores, this may be it. It has a good 10 hours worth of solid game play, and multiplayer for when you are done. It retails at about $50, and is well worth the money for those who enjoy the genre.
